How to contact a structural engineer?

I've seen mention of a few people contracting structural engineers to discern how large a system they can place in their homes. I'm curious where you look, or how you get in touch with someone in your area qualified to perform this service. I'm looking to get a difinitive answer as to which of my potential locations for a tank are along load bearing walls, and exactly how large my total system can be before the weight of the system becomes a concern given the construction of my property.

I'm taking the if i fill it up with water, and it falls though the floor its too big approach.
