Berghia nudis. I run a 240g FOWLR with a picasso humu trigger and a sargassum trigger and ten berghias wiped out thousands of aiptasia. The triggers will leave the nudis alone since the nudis are entirely nocturnal and the triggers are not. I didn't have any wrasses at the time but most of them will leave them alone (nocturnal). Bird wrasses, melanarus wrasses, and sixlines might be problematic. My humu trigger gets territorial and harasses new fish non-stop so adding new, somewhat delicate fish to my system was a no-go.
If you go the nudi route, the best thing to do is set up a small tank QT (no sand or LR) with something for cover and put two of the nudis in there (put the rest in your tank, at night, with cover, to get started on the aiptasia). Throw some aiptasia in there for food. Make sure you don't transfer amphipods - they will eat the nudi larvae! After you get a bunch of egg sacs (they look like small, white spirals) you will need to wait about 1 1/2 - 2 months for them to hatch / grow big enough. I'd transfer the adults too your system and put a few aiptasia in there for the larvae to nom when they hatch. Just make sure the salinity and temp stay constant and you should be gtg. Once you can see them (usually around the time the aiptasia up and disappears) you can start adding them to your system.
The only real issue I found with them is getting them back OUT of my system once all of the aiptasia were gone.
If you can get them out, resell them forward to a friend with an aiptasia problem.
