My octopus turbine pump otp 1000 stopped working after one min of being plugged in. Brand new. Doesn't even hum or vibrate.....like it is dead. I am instructed by customer service to take the impeller out to see if shaft is broken. However after taking front cover off where there is a threaded nipple leading to air intake, I don't know what to do next. Help please! Thanks
