how to do the peroxide

Can someone please tell me how to do the peroxide thing to get rid of the gha?

I bought a spray bottle from Kroger and filled it with new peroxide. I pulled all the rock out of my tank and sprayed it down without diluting. I believe that I let everything soak for 5 minutes and then rinsed the rock before adding it back to the tank. I had zero casualties and the GHA was gone in 3 days. I still occasionally remove a rock and respray if I see GHA forming.

Let's see how Michelle does with GHA and peroxide... seems like there are so many ways to control/get rid of / prevent it, we should have it as a meeting topic in July! Now, if we can only convince her to host that month!!!
