How to get a Anemone to move?

I have a BTA and he is up next to my overflow and behind one of my outlets to my closeloop. sometimes some of his tentacles are sucked into the overflow and got to push them back out. My question is how can I get him to move or can I move him? He is stuck to the glass. what can I do?

you can try to move it if you would like but might go right back to that spot again. Anemones usually never stay where you placed them they like to find a spot on their own. To remove an anemone "tickle" it's foot you just get your finger to it's base and start to rub an edge trying to work your finger under it once you get part of the edge up it is just a matter of sliding your finger under the rest of the base and removing it it is kind of like releasing a suction cup once an edge is up the rest of it will follow. Be careful not to use your fingernail if you tear or damage the foot of the anemone it might not reattach to another surface and infection could follow.
