Alright I need some direction in installing my 2x 39 watt T5 TEK Retro fit kit. I'm not sure where to start, wire colors?. Am I going to need a Soldering gun? I just need help!!!

Basically you should follow the wiring diagram on the ballast. Use the red, blue, and yellow wires as they are on the diagram and wire them up to the endcaps. If the wires aren't stripped at the ends, you'll need to do that before you insert the wires into the ballast and the end caps. No soldering is required.
