How To Keep Everything Off Scoly's And Acans When Feeding?

I recently bought LPS Grow+Color and only feed it to my Scoly's (4) and acan frags (2). Everything wants this food when I target feed...Not only shrimp, crabs and sand snails, but even my 6line. I even feed Reefroids first to my other corals in the hopes that they'll go after that and leave this food alone.

Is there a product out there that's reef safe to cover corals while feeding? Perhaps something perforated but small enough holes to block anything from getting in? Acans will be tough to keep a cover on cuz they are side mounted on a rock.

Thanks,

Some people have used the top portion of a 2 liter soda bottle to cover their corals during feeding. You can also try giving your invertebrates a rather large piece of food first. This should keep them preoccupied while you feed your corals.

The feed before method hasn't worked with the wrasse unfortunately. I fancy some rum and coke libations on occasion, so should be able to find some 2L bottles ;)

Putting a net in the tank might keep the wrasse away. Just put it right next to the coral while it ingests the food. It's definitely worth a shot.
