Prazi-pro would kill just the worms and de-worm your fish at the same time (assuming that they haven't already been de-wormed in qt). I have heard a lot on this forum that it is relatively reef safe. Maybe someone that has added Prazi-pro to a reef can chime in? I have only done it in quarantine with fish only.
the spinoid worm is harmless filter feeders. If you have some bothering your brain coral you can do a coral dip. there are different methods; you can use lugol's, revive, melafix, hydrogen peroxide. for example:

Posts: 11 Lugol's Solution. 40 drops per gallon. I put my new specimens in for 10 minutes, then flip over and gently twist for about 30 seconds. Do it in a white bucket and you'll see what falls out.
