How to know when approaching tank bio limit?

I have a 55gal reef tank, running a skimmer and a small 10 gal sump. About 60# LR. Tank is about 7 months old and is doing well.

Current stock list:
2 Yellow Chromis
1 Clownfish
1 Pink Spotted Goby (4")
1 BiColor Blenny
1 Coral Beauty

1 Cleaner shrimp
3 Peppermint shrimp
Mix of snails and hermits

Coral: Some softies and LPS (small)

Water quality is excellent. 0,0,0. Phosphates ~0 when running GFO.

Am I at the limit for fish? Traditional rules of thumb say that I am I think?

Being that the Blenny and the Goby generally keep to the bottom, I think you could add one or two more small fish. Maybe a Royal gramma, or perhaps a Bangaii Cardinal. Something like that. GL.

This, or 1 medium fish
