How To Make The Club Better!!!

I know Randy started a thread earlier and there was quite a few great ideas. I listed them but if there is anything else that would improve the club please post it. I would like a large wish list when the new BOD holds our 1st meeting this weekend.

Firm meeting dates.
Structured meetings.
Reinstate meeting topics.
Group orders.
Field trips.
More public meetings.
Club Calendar listing planned events.
Posted club budget and balance

Meeting topics:
I would be happy to give my SPS lecture if anyone would like. Of course it would have to be one of the few meetings I am able to attend

Other than that I think carbonated beverages and the destruction of conservative ignorance would be good things to stress at the meetings

Well, since I uttered an oxymoron, you are entitled to your own.

As for suggestions, I need direction from the board on web content. Thus far, I have been kind of winging it.

Also, I recommend that we draft a Webapprentice upon whom I can impart my vast knowledge. We have now what a project manager at work calls a major "beer truck" problem. If I get hit by a beer truck on the way to work, nobody else has the passwords and general info on web structure.

At this months meeting we discussed having a club calendar listing events and meeting for the entire year. I found this as an example of what I would like to see on the ETRC's web page. Calendar

We to are planning our first structured meeting. It would be nice if we could kinda be a child to your club and learn how things are done. Does this sound ok?
