I got my Bulb Anemone yesterday. I placed it on a rock in a bright spot, It promptly moved itself to the underside where its darker, then over night moved to the back of the tank behind a rock (wheres its dark) I wont be able to feed it there, and my clownfish doesnt even know it exists (because its hiding). Will it hurt it if I take it off the rock? (its attached). Do I just pick it up by its foot? Should I just leave it alone?

You should not attempt to move it at this point. I would still try to feed him though. Perhaps you can drop some food down to him or use a bamboo skewer to get somthing to him.
