how to move my anemone

I am looking to find out how to get my anemone to move. It split a few weeks ago and I am looking to pass one off to a fellow reefer. How can I get him to move off a piece of live rook onto an other. I have heard of taking a power head and putting it right next to it and it will move. thanks for your help

hang the nem upside with the foot outside of the water. hell come off eventually

Sometimes giving the rock it's hanging from, a few light taps helps dislodge the nem.
