how to raise phosphates

So I want to raise my phosphates and I am wondering what you guys use. I have a small problem with dinos so I want to try to get rid of them by raising my phosphates.

What do you guys suggest to do besides "feed more" as that has done nothing to my levels even though I am feeding flakes 4 times a day and 3 frozen cubes twice a day.

I just have a skimmer and cheato, my cheato is growing like crazy

Let the dinos be. They will go away in time. Part of a tank maturing... nature doing it's thing.

If you impede this, you will set back your tank.

I also wanna raise my nutrient level because my corals are not growing as much as they have before even those my alk is very stable at 7.5, along with good flow etc. They are also paling which I think has to do with veyr low nutrients.

However after thinking more about it. I am going to go the natural route and just feed more. I am going to make my own food tonight. Mysis, brine, blood worms, pellets, flakes, nori, osyters, clams, squid, reef roids and then freeze it.

That should bring up my P04 and nitrates hopefully :)

If your cheato is growing like crazy then don't run the fuge as long so that it not removing so many nutrients.. cut it back a few hrs

How many hrs do you currently run?

I made my own fish food last night which I now think I will have no problem keeping my nutrients higher then 0. Right now I run my fuge for 8 hours.
