How to read Nitrate test?

I have the red sea master test kit:

I'm confused on how to read the nitrate card. The little booklet doesn't explain what each side of it means.

Basically, it has one side for high range, and one side for low range. Anyone know which one I'm supposed to pay attention to?

My Ammonia and Nitrite are 0.

Yes, it's just a 5 colors, and each side has a different set of numbers, for instance:

High Range Low Range
0 color 0
12.5 color 2
25 color 5
50 color 10
100 color 20
200 color 40

I used the same kit, the instructions on the card are for a Low Range reading. If you read the little leaflet that comes with it, it says to do the test differently if the low range reading is above a certain level for high range. So read the low range side, i've never had a reading high enough to do the high range test.
