how to remove zoanthids on glass?

My QT is ready and I have to move my zoa's from the tank to treat for nudi's. My pinks have taken off and grown up the side of the glass. How can I safely remove them with little or no injury?
I have heard using a credit card???

Razor blade, just scrape off the glass.

They should peal off rather easily once you get it started...
