How to resize pics

Can someone direct me to a site that will allow me to resize my pics? I was wanting to post a few pics but when I try to upload them to the gallery it says they are too large of a file. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

not sure i upload to another forum i'm registered with than post a image link in here so it shows pics here only problem it show logo from that site and blocks some pics sometimes

ok. I have a pic loaded onto MS Paint, now for the dumb question. How do you resize it? I don't see a function for this.

The easiest way is go to photobucket.com and then it will even give you an img tag to cut and paste to the thread.

If you must use the software on your computer and rc hosting then go to save as->and start playing around with sizes. You may have to pick an advanced tab when you get to the save as box.

If you do it in MSPaint, just go to "Image", then "Stretch/Skew". Resize the horizontal and vertical "Stretch" by the same ratio, i.e. both 25% (or whatever).

When you save them, be sure to rename them from XXXXX to XXXXXsmall (or whatever) so you'll still have the original to work with later.
