How to set the date on a GHL doser

I have a brand new GHL 3 pump doser with built in controller. I read all the instructions and one of the first steps are to set the date. Problem is the instructions don't tell you how and to make matters worse, the LCD displays settings information in German so I'm forced to guess. Are there good US instructions available with steps documented in full?
