how to suspend t5 retro kits fixtures

Just wanted to see how did people install their retro T5 kits. As always pictures are welcome.

Retro kits by defination are mounted into an existing canopy (thus the retro part). Are you trying to use them stand alone?

Well I'm waiting for my parts to arive in mail. My conopy is 13" high with some MH and I do not want mount them that high. So just wanted to see how others did it.
