How to use prazi pro?

So I dosed entire tank 4 days ago. I got mixed answers so I'll ask here.
I'm doing a 50% water change today 4th day. It's a 60g tank with small sump and I'm doing a 20g water change. Do I dose the full strength for full tank again (dose for 60+gallons) or do I just dose for the 20g of new water being added.

Wait another day or two, do your 50% WC, and then dose again full strength. 72 hours after that do another water change (just a good idea - not absolutely necessary), but definitely run some carbon.

Thanks for the tip! I already did the (actually) 30g water change tonight. I dosed prazi for 30g tonight becuse I didn't want to od, but maybe I'll add the other amount for full strength tomorrow then.
I'll start carbon and skim at 7 days (Tuesday)

Do I need to do another full 7 day treatment again right after this 7 day? I've read that a 14 day treatment is necessary. Fishes look good and eating fine. Only 2 fish, crosshatch trigger and a butterfly fish. Unfortunately the triggers mate died before I realized they had fluke

Oh and btw: this is all in a frag tank full of corals. So I want to make sure the whole tank is fluke free, as I may add some fish in later and take out xhatch for my dt. Corals all look perfectly fine, only guy that dead was my fire shrimp, but that's not the prazi as he has been fine for the last 4 days, I believe the trigger got well and had a good appetite!

Typically, you dose Prazi, wait 5-7 days, do a 20-25% water change and then repeat dosage. The reason for the second dose is to eradicate the “next generation” of worms before they can lay eggs of their own. Because while Prazi does kill worms, it doesn’t eliminate any eggs they might leave behind. Prazi only remains active in the water for 72 hrs max, so you can safely repeat a 100% dosage 5-7 days later. The water change is meant to remove dead flukes and the toxins they released while dying.

Thanks!! Since I'm at day 5 today, I'll just dose the additional prazi for the entire 60g, dosed for 30g last night, so I'll dose for another 30g today. Thanks guys!
