How to wean a fish?

So, how do you got about it (weaning a fish off of live food and onto frozen?) Step-by-step instructions would be helpful, but any general advice helps. I did it a while ago w/ a mandarin, but I forget how exactly I went about it.

... so if anybody has any little nuggets of knowledge, I'm all ears.

It was pretty simply with my Lyretail Anthias. They started eatting only live brine. After a few days, I added some frozen brine or mysis in with the live. After a few days of this they started eatting both. Then about a few weeks later, they were eattingonly the frozen.

I imagine it also depends on the fish. Some fish will never take to frozen and will only eat live foods. I never see my mandarin eat any prepared foods and I've had him for about 1 1/2 years.
