I just got my apex and would like to code my skimmer pump this is what I want it to do. If return pump is off than skimmer pump is off. If return pump is on than skimmer pump is on. And when the return pump goes on skimmer pump turns on 15secs after. Hope this makes sence lol

If Outlet Return = Off Then Off
Defer 000:15 Then ON
