How would this work. Fish jumped out

I have a 55 gallon tank with two ocellaris clowns, royal gramma, and a yellow coris wrasse. The most recent fish I added was the yellow coris wrasse about a week ago. Unfortunatly I just had a flasher wrasse jump out of the tank yesterday. I was wondering how soon I could add another fish? Should I wait another week to add another fish, or can I add one sooner since I only added one a week ago?
Thanks

How about screen the top of the tank before adding another fish. All fish, especially wrasses, are likely to jump for whatever reason. Also make sure the screen covers all openings. Fish will find that one little gap and slip right through.

Yeah when I added the yellow coris wrasse I got a glass top for the tank. But the flasher found the gap I have in the back of it.

You should look into getting some clear mesh to screen the tank instead of using glass. It won't retain heat like a glass top would. It also allow more light through. Good luck.
