How's it looking? Am I doing anything obviously wrong?

My wife and I set this tank up about 3.5-4 months ago... 12.5g nano stocked with a clown (who, while healthy has a lame personality - he never leaves the side of the tank seen here), a yellow watchman goby + pistol shrimp (not shown, BFF's though), GSP, torch, couple zoas, couple unidentified polyp-type corals, pulsing xenia, 5 trochus snails, one blue-leg hermit, a tad bit of green hair algae (hate it!), some big leafy sort of macro algae.

Params are 0 amm, 0 nit, 0 rates, 0 phosphates (although I suspect a problem)... been doing 20-30% water changes weekly.

Running a fluval SEA 12.5 tank, fluval sea PS2 skimmer, carbon media, phosphate media, and a recently upgraded kessil a160 tuna blue at 30% max intensity with the spectral controller keeping the photo period at about 10 hours with 3 hours at peak daylight time...

The only death in the tank thus far was a single (quite nicely orange-colored) zoa that we suspect was infested with some sort of parasite. After a few days we strongly suspected it was toast and pulled it out.

Anything obvious we're doing wrong?

Oh and here's a pic:

Doesn't look like your doing anything wrong at all. Param's are good. Little bit of hair algae, most have some.

As for the zoa, could have been unhappy or unhealthy from the get go.
