It would help if they actually had received an email from you as i requested above.
As yet no email has been received.
If you have sent an email, maybe its being spammed out but that is no excuse to use this forum to voice frustrations over our customer care when we are doing all we can by email and posts here to help you.
If you did not get an asnswer maybe a better course of action would be to politely email me directly or pm me??
It so annoys me people use forums to vent instead of direct contact where we can look at situations and help the client out properly.
Sorry for venting its is not personal just a real bug bare of mine, when people come across communicatrion issues and then we see these sort of post appear. If someone does not get a reply then email me directly or phone me or pm me, why post here, everyone knows you can reach me by email and phone.

I take customer care as a 100% priority thats why these sort of post really upset me, customer care is my 7 days a week 365 days a year job for you guys. Sorry if things are not always up to expectations we do our best!
