Ummmm...probably on live rock or with the clam itself. I'm sure they didn't put them in on purpose.

I spoke to a LFS owner (FAOIS) who said that these were more than likely from caribbean LR or rock with Ricordia. And due to the fact that they can fit into the smallest holes - they can live undetected for years in your tank. They also only come out at night, if they come out at all. They feed on LPS and clams.

This is why, even with a QT, you can't avoid some predators. We all have to deal with this stuff at some time or another.

i would think all flatworms cannot resist osmotic pressure. it may be wise to dip new rock in freshwater to get rid of them.
