Huge Flat worm?

I have had this thing on this rock for over a year now. Does anyone know what it is? If it was a flat worm wouldn't it move from time to time?

might be a coraliform algae ? I have something which looks and is colored similar, much smaller tho.

I have never heard of it. Does anyone have any info on them?

Encrusting algae is quite common in the tropics. That's one of the fleshy varieties, not a coralline. Try posting in the marine algae forum.

when i first read the title and then looked at the pic i thought that was the nuttiest colored polyclad I have ever seen. lol
