huge sea worm found in british aquarium

Yikes...it's like a bristleworm gone wild.

I think the Toledo Zoo has one of those in their reef tank.

Bobbit worm is what I think they called it.

That is cool. Sucks for them, but cool.

Do you think they get that big in the wild, or do you think there is something on the reef that keeps them in check?

I bet they do get that big in the wild. You wont see the one at Toledo as they are very sensitive and dissapear in moments.
The tank has alot of softies so they grow back so quickly it is sometimes hard to notice the damage.
Perhaps if they tear down that tank for the expansion they will be able to remove it.
