Humidity/heat/corrosion potential - 225 reef?

Would a 225 gallon mixed reef (with canopy and Radion LED lights) cause issues with humidity and/or heat in a 20' x 20' room? The room is on the second floor of a house being built and have already consulted a structural engineer to have the flooring supported. The HVAC guy thinks that I need a second zone for just that one room because he's concerned about the humidity/heat/and potential corrosion potential of saltwater over the long haul affecting the HVAC system components. Keep in mind that this home is being built using spray foam insulation which is basically an air-tight system.

Do I really need a second zone?

Dehumidifier?

Exhaust fan over the top of the tank venting to the exterior of the home?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

My 300 in a 10x12 room didn't create issues. That was with metal halides too so more evaporation. I'm in a very dry climate though so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Absolutely it can be a concern. You could be looking at evaporation from both the tank and the sump, plus any auxiliary tanks you might add. Your HVAC guy is trying to do you a solid on this one.

I have a 250 in a 12 x 20 room. No issues. I use about 2 1/2 a day from the ato. It actually helps with the dry conditions in the winter but doesn't seem to be an isssue at all in the summer if the AC is on.
