I will be installing an inwall 240 Gallon tank in a bedroom, it will face the living room and the sump will be in the basement.

Is greenboard or cement board required to be installed on this wall?

Can I get by without a dehumidifier in the bedroom?

Can I plumb the collection chamber to dump back into the tank since the water is distilled?

How dry/humid is the air in your house now?
You may need a dehumidifier if you have problems with condensation on your window's like I did (but I'm in Florida so it's usually humid).

Are you asking about returning the dehumidifier drain line to the tank?
If so the answer is no, because that water came from condensation on copper and other metals which would be bad to put into your tank.
