Huntsville/Madison

Hello Everyone, We are relocating from Boston to Madison in couple weeks. I have kept reef tanks for over three years and like to continue once we settle here. Is there a local reef club in the Huntsville/Madison area? Do you guys regularly meet and do frag swap or other activities?
We have a local reef club in boston and i found it very helpful. Also what are the good saltwater fish stores in the Huntsville/Madison area?

SMS76, We'll look forward to meeting you when you get here. The North Alabama Reef Club (NARC) was founded several years ago in the Huntsville, Madison, Athens area. It has expanded to include members from Birmingham and Florence. We are a pretty "laid back" group with no dues or official officers and we normally meet at a LFS or a members house each month.

Tomoko and Mariner organize our meetings. We actively swap frags and someone occasionaly gives a talk on something they have been trying.

In Huntsville we have Lucy's Lagoon and the Aquarium Shop. Between Madison and Athens there is Coral Reef Aquatics. In Birmingham there is Aquarium Designs.

My sis just moved to Boston, and I told her I couldn't wait to come up and atttend the Boston Reefers shin dig/conference in the fall!

We have a large group here at the Boston Reefers. It has it's pros and cons. I attended many meetings and it's nice to meet people in the club. They also invite speakers from time to time. This is the website for the BRS:
