if anyone else is using the Koralia pumps I seemmed to have fixed the noise issue that I was having
I came across this on an other forum and can not locate it again to give credit where due....
here goes
cut a "washer" of airline tubbing 1/16th inch long or shorter...and place that under the magnet on the shaft of the motor.. ( where the white washer is)
I was having a constant clatter while running and this slienced the noise all togeather... all that is left is the hum of the running pumps ....
this does not stop the starting click of the pumps but at least it makes them quieter while running.
we will see how this holds up in the long run... and I have not tested this with my Kill-O-Watt so I dont know if there is a change in wattage or output
but it is sooo much nicer in my living room now..
