Hydor Koralia Noise

I just bought a Hydor Koralia 1 for my tank. It rattles when running and I cant seem to get it to stop. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to get it to stop? I cant take it, I unplugged it for now.

Hi.

I have a #4, and have had for 4 weeks now, do not hear any noise, I would suggest returning it sounds like it is defective. Only other thing you could check would be blockages or something on the fan itself. Does it shake a lot too?

It doesnt seem to shake. Its like the propellor is loose or something. I got it new on ebay, I emailed them to let them know. Hopefully they will let me exchange it.

I believe there was a recall on the #2 and #3 (but not the #1).

I have 2 K 4's in my 75 g. One of them was making some noise at first but it stopped after a few minutes. I would see if I could return it. May be a bad bushing.
