Hydor Koralia running backwards

Two problems with Hydor Koralias: Eventually either the black rubber bumper located on the inside of the front cover falls off, or the magnetic shaft gets cracked or swollen.

All you gotta do is email hydorusa.office@hydor.com (or go here), give them your model #, and they will mail whatever replacement parts you need for FREE. No questions asked. Doesn't matter how old the pump is, or even if you bought it second hand.

Personally, I'd rather deal with that every once & awhile than spend hundreds of $$$ on a Tunze or Vortech. But that's just me...

I'm taking all my Koralia's out of the main, two wp-40's does the job w/o even being full power.

Being able to alter the flow back and forth has all the corals extending much better also.

I contacted Hydor and they responded within a couple of days and sent me the replacement front grill with the nub intact which seems to be what was missing from mine. I was very pleased with their response time and it was almost exactly a week when I got the part & I have 3 of their evo wave makers 750 & 2 x 1050.
