I have a 180 reef with mixed sps and lps corals. I currently have my tank set at:

DB:100

RB: 90

UV: 36

V: 70

R: 15

W: 28

G: 18

I would like to have these set for optimal growth with SPS coral...what recommendations would anyone suggest?

That looks pretty good. You can also turn up the UV to at least what the violet is at. The UV in the Hydras is 400 nm so it's barely even considered UV. I had Hydras up until just recently and I ran the blues, violet, and UV all pretty close to 100.

Also, if by chance these lights are new to your tank or you're putting new corals under them, you do want to start them off on the low side (Mainly blues/white) and gradually ramp up to help avoid issues.
