Hydrofoamer 9400.040 Problem

My Hydrofoamer 9400.040 has stopped working. I've taken it apart and cleaned it, but the impeller still doesn't spin. Any tricks I can try before sending it in for service?

Make sure the impeller isn't fused to the shaft and that the needlewheel is still stuck to the magnet, i.e. the needlewheel doesn't just free spin on the magnet.

I cleaned the shaft with some steel wool, and it is now working. Thank you!
