Hydrogen peroxide

My tank is about 3 months and has doniflagettes and was wondering if should remove the one coral frag and tiny yellow watchman goby. I could remove them while dosing hydrogen peroxide. I could also put my lights out for a week or so without the coral and fish. what do you think?

What kind of answer is that. He wrote nothing to lead one to believe that he was fishing for a certain response. If you don't have a legitimate answer, don't post.

As for the OP there is a good article on @dvance@quarist by Leonard Ho. He used peroxide, but only at the end, and as he states he didn't know for sure whether it was beneficial or not.
