Hydroid or something else

Is this a hydroid looks abit like aiptasia but obviously its not any help would be great

It's not a colonial hydroid, if that's what you're thinking. It appears to be a solitary hydroid or a juvenile glass anemone.

okay thanks so just leave it ive read most of the time hydroids just disappear over a couple of months the tank its self is only 3 weeks old and there common in new tanks.
 
I would kill it. It's a small aiptasia that turns in to many large aiptasia rather rapidly. Unless you wild collected your own rock, the odds of having a big hydroid like that are virtually zero.
