If it is a dwarf tank or fry tank that you never plan to house inverts or corals in, then dose it with Panacur (fenbendizole). If it is a tank that you cannot dose with Panacur, then you need to keep your fry/dwarves in something that you can dose so that they are safe from the hydroids.
There is a nudi that will eat hydroids, but I wouldn't risk putting it in a dwarf tank or a fry tank. It will consume the hydroids and then starve, and its death will likely wipe out the rest of the tank. And if removed before (to prevent dying in the tank), the hydroids will return.
