I am new in the saltwater tanks, I think I have ich from research, and was wondering if anybody has used this product. The store by me said it's pretty new and the do not know much about it. Was wondering if it works or not. Thanks for the help.

So, I looked HyperCure up (always curious) and here are some snippets from the company's website about this product:

HyperCure eliminates ich the all-natural way, without harsh chemicals.

CONTAINS: Proprietary herbal mixture in aqueous solution.

As soon as I see "all-natural" and "herbal" used to describe a product, I know it's just another "ich management tool" - not one that will actually kill ich. I wouldn't waste your money on this product. Unfortunately, there are no "reef safe medications" that will actually eradicate ich. The day someone does finally develop an effective “reef safe” treatment, we are all going to hear about it, and the inventor will become a millionaire. ;)

I do not have any corals just a Fowler tank at this point. I do not have a QT tank. I just wanna get rid of these little pest, withiyt using some type of copper in my main tank.

No good options exist for treating ich in your DT. Best bet is to remove all fish to a QT and treat with copper in there. Leave your DT fallow (fishless) for 72 days to starve out the parasite.

Some have attempted hyposalinity in a FOWLR to rid their tank of ich. But it's a pretty dicey option (for many reasons) and doesn't always work.

+1

Tank transfer is another proven method for eliminating ich if one doesn't want to use chemicals.
