My G/F's flame angel has ick so i moved him out of his 30 gal into a 10 gal Q/T tank tonight,i'd like to gradually start hyposalinity treatment.
i have a sixline that's also showing ick but her clown and her jawfish look good to go.

how many fish could i treat in the 10 gal at the same time ?

id like to treat the sixline and angel for atleast 4 weeks - to 40 days before i return them to her display.

Thanks,Randy~

ps. they get fed mysis or brine daily with selcon and kent garlic extreme and cyclops mixed in daily.

all fish eat like pigs

I would treat all the fish. Based on the size and number of fish, I would try to upgrade to a 20 gallon hypo tank if at all possible. All of the fish will need to be treated and your main tank will need to be fishless for atleast 4 weeks to ensure that all the ich present has died off. In the mean time, all the fish from the main tank will be located in the QT tank where you can start the hyposalinity process. In order to ensure that the ich has been killed off, the fish will also need to be in the hypo stage for atleast 4 weeks. Here's a couple good online articles to read about treatment options:

As for your comment that they are eating like pigs and putting Kent's extreme garlic on their food, read this as well:
