I am running a DIY wet dry filter on the tank and the Ammonia levels are good. The tank is a 55 gallon and I do daily 10% water changes and vacuum out any detritus that builds up on the bottom of the tank.
Two of them have showed signs of pairing up but nothing concrete yet. One of them seems to be significantly larger than the other two and it is definately becoming the dominant fish so I am guessing a sex change is forthcoming.
It's funny how caring for young clownfish can make you get overly attached to them, especially Latz.
I can see why so many of you get into the breeding aspect of clown husbandry.

I used to think just like you but after losing fish over the years from just plopping them directly into the display and then having some pathogen that they were carrying get into the tank I am now QT'ing and medicating every fish that I get, especially clownfish.
It is also almost impossible to get fish out of my tank once they are in it so I am no longer taking any chances.

I only dosed it initially along with the formalin. I will probably add more in the next day or so since I have been slowly removing it with the water changes.
Most likely they are disease free by now. Keep them in the QT for like another 5 days or so and they should be 110% clean of any pathogens. It would take one heck of a parasite or something to survive through that and make it into your display.lol
