Yep thats right my pair of Ocellaris were busy while I was at work today. Ive always been proud the way my system has grown over the past years but I never could have imagined it was good enuff to have successfuly bread my Clowns.

Cigars to everyone!

Sanjay..

Id love to try and raise them but im not to sure just how to go about it. First how would I get them out of the tank and second and most important. I have a Luner Wrasse and Im sure as soon as they hatch he will eat them all. Ive been trying to catch him for some time now with no luck. Hes already killed my Royal Grommy and I really dont want to rip the tank apart to get him out of there. Any thoughts?

I have that book Rich if you want to borrow it!

Great to hear Rich.

To catch him have you tried fishing? I am going to go fishing in the tank with a few trout hooks very soon. They work wonderful, not sure about a lunare though. Depends on size I guess.

Does the wrasse sleep at night?Eggs don't hatch untill after the lights go out so he might not be a problem

A good book is Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson. congrats!!

Inexpensive, a great read, and a great way to learn.
