Aiptasia Anemone and some people call it Rock or Glass anemone. They can be a weed if you don't take care of that one. Don't try to kill it by using any tool, like beating it, scrubing it because you will end up with many more. You need either to take that rock out (if is small) and leave it out for a while untill it dries and put it back. If the rock is big then you can use Kalkwasser if you have any (thick paste) and put it on it. Make sure Kalk does not get on any corals if you have any. If you have alot of them then don't kill of of the in one day using Kalk without checking your PH. You can also use natural predators like Berghia nudibranches can be used but if they don't find any more then starve. Peppermint shrimp, Chelmon rostratus, the Copperbanded butterfly fish also keeps them under control if not finishing them, Empror angel fish, Joe's Joice, Red Legged Hermit Crab,

First one I saw over 10 years ago came on a rock i picked from LFS and thought they gave me a free anemone with it. I was happy untill I learned more about it. I have seen tanks full of them but if that's the only one you have and no corals i guess they can be cool. They grab any food that touches them. I have also seen them move from one spot to another. Good luck ..

yeah thats definitely aptasia, doesnt look to healthy though maybe you'll get lucky and it wont spread like a wildfire.

I agree. It does look like it was in a dark somewhere. Either the rock was flipped or it moved from under the rock. More feeding and some light will turn them a little darker and few million more of them :D

lemon juice works pretty well also, i inject it into them with a syring, had quite a few got the big ones with the lemon juice and 2 peppermint shrimp have taken car of all of the others.
