I.D. without a picture?

I am totally new to saltwater aquariums, but I will try to i.d. this as best I can. Last weekend I bought a nice Zoa specimen and I found out it was covered in these little invertabrates. They look like little rollie pollies, but move very fast in and out of the zoa. They are mostly out at night, but I can see a few during the day. The size of the little buggers are about 3-4 mm and maybe 1 mm wide. Their color is gray.

any ideas??

I dont think they are copepods, unless they are a lot of different species. They are bigger than the copepods I ma familar with...
