Hi

today is saturday morning 2-26-05
I have purchased a few items from you in the past and have been very happy with your prices and quality items, however today one of my bulbs burnt out, I called to see if I could come by and pick up another one, its a hamilton 250W 14000K mogul bulb, I was told you had them in stock, but the soonest I could pick it up would be tuesday, or I could pay extra for shipping and have it shipped, well I live close and would like to save on shipping. it seems to me that someone there could, take my order, walk over to the shelf and pick one up, and open the door for about 3 seconds and hand it to me, I do not understand any reason why my coral should stay in the dark untill tuesday, so I am forced to find a new supplier, it's a shame the hours you keep make it almost impossible for anybody local to come by and simply make a purchase.

HI,

We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we do not run a full staff on Saturdays. Our will call window is only open from Tuesdays through Fridays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Since we do not ship on Saturdays, we do not keep a warehouse staff that would be able to process your order. Unlike a regular retail location, we cannot just pull items off the shelves and hand them to customers. On occasion, we have let some customers pick up orders on Saturdays that were placed on Friday, but we canââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t always guarantee it. Will Call is something we offer our local customers, but we are not a retail store and are not set up to take orders outside of the hours previously listed.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
