I don't know where to post this. red Mandarin Dragonet

I have a mandarin with ich and no tank to quarantine her. Free to good home to cure her. She is in Key Largo, FL

me either, hard to tell but in the first picture the white spots look more like it bumped into or rubbed a rock/coral maybe. But it doesn't look like the typical spots of ich

Well the white spots come and go. They aren't little dots like most pics. Her tail and fins are deteriorating, and discoloration comes and goes. Look at the third pic the fin on the rock closest to the camera, 4th the tail.

Could it be the mucous covering deteriorating?

Idk it comes and goes, but the pectoral and tail fins are deteriorating. She breathes fine and doesn't display any abnormal behavior. There are 2 tiger blennies in the tank as well but I haven't noticed anything on them. But they're VERY small and hide a lot. I got them as fry out of my canal. So I don't know, she seems happy. I don't see her "blow dust" after eating something, like the mandarin I had in my old tank did.
