I don't think it is ich

This is a photo of an anthias that I have had for 3 weeks. As you can see, there are raised white spots that appeared about 2 weeks ago. They are located along a line of pores on its forehead, and one new one appeared yesterday on the other side of the fish along the same pore line (you can see it sticking up slightly. My experience with ich is that it should spread more uniformly along the animal's body, and at a faster rate, but I don't know what this is. The fish is eating well (mysis, brine, some flakes), and tank conditions are undetectable levels of nitrogen compounds, alk around 10, calcium 400, temp 79, sg 1.0024. Any ideas what this might be, and what I should do about it?

My Hippo Tang has the same type of stuff around his head also. It seems to fall off then reappear in a different spot. Doesen't seem to spread but concerning all the same. This just came on after the tank was brought out of Hyposalinity. Eats and acts fine. I just don't know what it is.
