Im So Confused!
Looking at these white spots, they look like salt crystals however a little bigger. Most of them are on his fins and maybe 2 on the body. Ill be moving him to my QT tomorrow but need to know what to treat for. Here are a few pictures but the little guy is fast.

Thats what i was leaning towards. He still eats and doesnt scratch. Do you think i still should put him in QT? What kind of treatment do you recommend? I know my new cleaner shrimp has been working on him.

Well i moved him to the QT yesterday and been keeping an eye on him. He is in a spare room with low to no light to help with stress. See if some good food and no stress will help with his recovery. Its still looking like Lymph and not ich.

Fungal infections are pretty rare. They usually follow a bacterial infection and are cottony or fuzzy looking. Lympho is much more common; with bumps resembling cauliflower or cottage cheese. Lympho is viral, usually harmless, and should go away with good water & diet. BTW,
