I *finally* got a mantis! :)

Howdy! I'm relatively new to the board but have been perusing here off and on for the last couple months. I just got back from college and found out my mom got a mantis (the guy who originally ordered it from the local pet shop never came to pick it up, so they gave it to her hehehe). He's a feisty little smasher, a very pretty crimson color, too, who seems content eating freeze-dried shrimp and the occassional snail. I have a few pics, can anyone ID him..?

ack whoops...sorry been so busy and hectic lately (rearranging things in life and online) that I guess I moved the directory laf...it should be working now, though...alas, Jenner has passed away..he had a problem molting and being harassed by my mom's fish.

Hmmm I haven't even had a chance to setup my new tank...

oh well...thanks for checking this out and letting me know the pics aren't working
