i found a site and there is a large Tomato Clownfish and a Med GS maroon.... would these fish be ok togather will they pair is it a mabey or a deff NO

probably a no go as they both are probably females. Why not just get a pair of juveniles and watch them grown.

will they even mate?

Amphiprion frenatus (tomato clown)
Premnas Biaculeatus (GSM)

would this be like a trying to mate a cat with a dog?
or more similar to cross breeding of dogs?

More similar to cross breeding dogs. These two are both very aggressive species...IMO the odds of a successful pair between the two are very low.

hey everything is possible..

they are all in the clownfish family ... its possible...

like the true stories of...

a poddle and a wolf breeding... turned out to be a woodle... they are both dogs

umm.. i heard one about the whale and the dolphin... turned out to be a wolphin... thye are both in this one family i forgot..

try it...

The outcome of a cat and dog mating are this: a Hayena. That's right. That laughing, crazy animal that won't leave Simba alone in the boneyard. Yes, I am talking about The Lion King. I am sure that you have all seen thiat movie.
